Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Alchemy Atlas (the “App”), developed by Arda Balkan. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the App.
In-app purchases
The App may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, removing ads or buying hints). Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except to the extent permitted by law, and not to use the App in any unlawful way.
Intellectual property
The App, including its content, artwork, and design, is owned by Arda Balkan and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
